Ive just come back from the AACI Spring nationals here in the UK.

I took my bird allbeit unfinished and cobbled together just so i could drive it to the show.
Anyway heres some pics, some birds although i must admit i was dissapointed in the quality of the cars, but heres some piccys for your delight...

OH and i got PULLED BY THE LAW!!!



































There was more but i didnt want to bore anyone!

Definitely not boring great pics ! I like how you did your car, very creative, most guys put a black out a stripe not the car. Good thinking.

The black started off as the places that i was repairing.
Black is such an "evil " colour for showing poor work and i was using it to check the finish of the repairs and modifications that i was doing.

Ive panelled the drivers rear quarter panel so that became black, i flush mounted the drivers door handle ( then black ) and the front fenders i found on Ebay at a reasonable price but required alot of work to get them straight ( decent fenders command serious money here ) so they were reapired by me and straightened and of course yep BLACK!!

The car is a long way off being finished but it will be different when its complete.
