Nice work! I am about to do the same thing with another car we picked up, so I am sure I will be talking with you a great deal about the rear tail light conversion. I will also be converting it to Hurst Tops.
I also noticed the 69 Charger. That is another one of my favorites! Nice nest you have there.

Welcome to SCC Erik!
That looks like a great project you're doing.
Love the Charger too!

The Charger was a favorite of mine as well - but long before 'the Dukes'. Back in about 1975, I had a line on a red '69 Charger with a black vinyl top, black interior and the 383 Magnum engine. All for the tidy sum of $800. But in those days, $800 to a 16-yr-old was a little bit out of reach. So I settled for a hand-me-down '69 Chevelle Malibu with an asthmatic 307 instead. That decision probably save my life a couple of time over... _________________ work in progress...

The General belongs to my friend Brian. He built it from the ground up as a season 1 replica. It has a tan interior with a functional roll bar, 400+hp 440, 727 auto, and of course the dixie horn. _________________
