Here's some pics of the diecast I showed with "LadyHawk" in our exhibit at AutoRama:

Image

Bottom shelf - 1967 326 H.O., 1969 TA, 1970.5 TA
Second shelf - 1972 TA, 1973 SD 455, 1977 TA
Third shelf - 1980 'Turbo TA' with incorrect hood & shaker, 1989 Turbo Indy Pace Car
Fourth shelf - 1994 25th Anniversayt TA, 1999 30th Anniversary TA
Top shelf - clear case with 3 1:43 scale models: 1969, 1979 & 1999

When I show with Gray Ghost, I usually fill the rear package tray with as many of the 1:18 white diecast as I can fit nicely. Since this was the first time I showed LadyHawk, I thought I'd try something different. Many folks seemed to like them this way. Note in the first picture how LadyHawk's T-tops were propped partially open.

I still can't believe that you can display stuff like that!
I have stuff like displayed in my car, with both the hood open, and the rear glass hatch.
And everytime, someone trys to take something of mine, with them.
So far, I have stopped every one!
Now, if I display, I have to shut everything up.
It's sad.
I know when I go to car shows, I love to see stuff like that!

Yeah, that is sad. You would think people could just admire and enjoy.

AutoRama is a pretty tight show. And by exhibiting in a club display, we try to keep someone keeping an eye on stuff at all times. Overnight, the facility is patrolled by armed guards. Also, if we leave the display unattended, I slide the shelves over between the cars. With six cars in two columns of three, someone would have to be pretty obvious in stepping over the 'barricade' and into the display to get their hands on anything.

Ha!
You have not been to SEMA!
The things people try and take.
I know, I tried once!
I'll have to tell the story sometime.
